Overview

PVC auxiliary stabilizer BS-CUS is a new non-toxic composite heterocyclic zinc salt material synthesized by specific conditions. It has good complexation characteristics with PVC unstable structures, and can absorb allyl chloride, HCl and other unstable structures generated by heat during the processing of PVC blends, and has a good complexation with zinc ions, which effectively inhibits zinc burning. Thus, it has excellent thermal stability and good initial coloration. This product can completely replace DBM, SBM, uracil in non-transparent PVC products, and has good synergism with zinc stearate, calcium, hydrotalcite, zeolite, antioxidant and so on.
