BLK-7983 nucleating agent is a general variety of aryl carboxylic acid soap polypropylene crystalline nucleating agent, which can accelerate the crystallization rate of polypropylene (PP) resin, give the product good surface gloss and toughness balance, improve the heat resistance and deformation of the product, and moderately shorten the molding cycle. BLK-7983 has good compatibility with resin, resistance to extraction, no odor, especially suitable for PP home appliance shell, battery shell, PP-R pipe and other products. At the same time, BLK-7983 also has good nucleation effect on polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyamide (PA) and other engineering plastics.

The recommended dosage of BLK-7983 is 0.03-0.15% of the resin, and it is recommended to determine the best addition amount according to the application index requirements of the product in actual use.
